Avocado, Rice, Egg and Olive Oil Porridge

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 hass avocado
  • ½ cup of boiled rice
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • ½ cup of chicken (fish or vegetable) soup
  • stewed chicken (optional)
  • olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • salt and pepper

PREPARATION

Blend the rice and avocado with the chicken soup. Put this mixture in a bowl and add grated egg and a dash of olive oil to taste.

Tips: Sprinkle the avocado with a dash of lemon and oil.
