Salmon and Avocado Mini Rolls

INGREDIENTS

  • Sliced smoked or fresh salmon
  • Diced “hass” avocado
  • Lemon
  • Cream cheese (optional)
  • Olive or sesame oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Bunching onion
  • Sesame seeds

PREPARATION

Dice the avocado and add a dash of lemon, salt and olive oil. Roll it with the finely sliced salmon. Place it on a dish and sprinkle with finely minced bunching onion. Sprinkle with drops of soy sauce, oil and salt.
