Sautéed Eggs and Tomatoes with Avocado

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 1 “hass” avocado
  • Bunching onion (minced)
  • Oil (olive, optional)
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt

Preparation

To the extremely hot wok add the previously beaten eggs with salt and sauté them for 20 seconds. Lay aside this preparation. Sauté the tomatoes with the bunching onion for 1 minute, add the egg and, only before serving, add the diced avocado with salt, pepper and oil. Rectify the seasoning.
